    Ah, the old lesson in resilience and persistence...

    I'm probably looking too much into it but I wonder if the girl is Shiva. Likely too on the nose.

    Batman the Knight is so good!

    If it is Shiva reminds me of Batman Soul of the Dragon which was awesome. Richard Dragon, Lady Shiva, Bronze Tiger and Cheshire were all fellow students. Wonder if they would go for something like that maybe with a slightly different line-up incorporating ghostmaker.

    Best book coming out of dc and it's not really close. Can't wait for the main run...

    Disagree, I like that Zdarsky is filling his backstory in with this book.

    It's well written for sure, but the concept still feels like a horrible cliche. Batman just doesn't need a Shonen rival...heck shonen heroes going forward should steer away from the trope as well at this point.

    Honestly I'm fine with Bruce and Ghost-Maker in the past better than I am their present-day dynamic which feels more artificial to me.
