Exactly what the title says, who is that person who makes you shell out the extra money each month for their art alone. The person who makes you want to put it up as a poster or phone screen. Feel free to post art if you like or the artist or even your favorite variant.
Before I give my selection, I’d like to give a shout out to Dan Mora. I think he does great work and deserves some praise.
That being said my choice pick for my favorite variant artist is Simone Di Meo. I love not just the esthetic of it but also the use of bright vibrant colors. It just really works for me.

Manapul's art is always solid, top-notch artistry, but his work on the first dozen covers of Robin? Perfection.

I started buying Catwoman for the Artgerm covers and still do for the Jenny Frison ones. Luckily the series has been pretty good for the most part, but I'm 100% buying it for the covers.

Jamal Campbell covers for Nightwing are stunning. I never skipped one of his Nightwing variants.
Rian Gonazles variants for Batgirls were the only reason I kept getting Batgirls after the first issue, but even her art can't save this series, so I'm dropping it.
