I don't really agree. The actor being a horrible person is unfortunate, but it happens. Trashing everything and starting over isn't any guarantee of success and the DC movies post Snyder have had plenty of success. The Flash movie reboots the timeline anyway, so what youre proposing just isn't going to happen.

Yeah, Wally has been the star of the Flash series since right after Death Metal and Future State. Barry was with Calvin Ellis' multiverse Justice League but is currently trapped in some weird dream reality.

I personally am not a fan of Barry and it would be easier to just say hey new Flash and it will also give the DC films to branch out and use legacy characters.

Not really. It would be easier to recast, that simple. You just prefer Wally more so want to see him be the main theatrical Flash. And it's a bit soon to branch out into legacy characters when most of the characters have barely even begun as is. Marvel is only now going legacy after giving most characters trilogies and multiple team movies. There it feels natural. Here it would just be an attempt to move away from one problem actor while using a forced narrative, a simple recast does the same for less creative effort and audience confusion.

No, the girl is legal age (barely), but the "relationship" (whatever that relationship is) started when she was underage, and her family is accusing Miller of having groomed her. It's still bad, but not kidnapping a minor bad.

I do feel like it would be difficult to set up Wally within a single movie and I never really saw Millers' Flash with a Kid Flash.

They might be more likely to just make their Flash more like Wally like in the early seasons of the TV show than actually use Wally.
