It's a reasonable thought, and one I share.

Ezra Miller has pled not guilty to the 2 counts of felony burglary.

If convicted, they could face a maximum sentence of up to 26 years in prison & $2,000 in fines.

    Well...good luck with that.

I guess this could settle the recasting issue because they can't play The Flash from prison. Unless they adapt the Trial of The Flash.

In an early August release now by all accounts scrubbed from the Vermont State Police website, the cops said: “As a result of an investigation that included surveillance videos and statements, probable cause was found to charge Ezra M. Miller with the offense of felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling.” Claiming they were in the house that wasn’t theirs to look for ingredients for a recipe for their mother, the actor also was hit with a misdemeanor charge of petty larceny over a trio of stolen booze bottles.

They’ll send Ezra to a male prison. But I don’t expect Ezra to serve jail time. Regardless of gender prisons typically group you by sex.

I’m not sure what the prison experience is typically like for non-binary prisoners but if it’s anything close to what lgbt or trans prisoners go through it could be pretty horrific. In the US, Brazil and other countries they have a much higher likelihood of being attacked/assaulted.

Some of you may remember a transwoman that was incarcerated with a female population who impregnated two prisoners consensually. She’s been moved to a male population now.

I understand Ezra is non-binary, so maybe a prison sentence would not be as horrific for them depending on the facility. That said if Ezra has a good legal team I expect them to get out of serving a long sentence

Putting a trans woman into a male prison is basically state mandated rape, who cares if a girl with a tally whacker gets a few girls consensually knocked up. Offer condoms and birth control if you don't want prison babies. Even if she was raping people herself, the solution to that shouldn't be getting put in a male prison, but being isolated in the fem prison.

Rumor: Ezra Miller Reportedly Being Replaced As The Flash “No Matter What”

Facing up to 26 years behind bars doesn’t help his chances but, no matter which way a jury or judge rules, troubled actor Ezra Miller is likely done altogether as Barry Allen after The Flash reaches theaters.
