Well judging by this and Timeless #1 maybe...just maybe...Peter is going to die, Flash Thompson is going to take his place (black and red Spidey looks like Codex...sort of, wait...is Codex Flash Thompson? Bryan Hitch's art confuses me), Mary Jane will end up becoming Spider-Woman and Felicia Hardy is going to become Black Panther as part of some story tied into Miracleman's arrival into the Marvel Universe. With Miracleman being the "missing moment".

There is a line in Timeless right next to the image of the red-headed Spider-Woman wearing Spider-Man's costume and the white haired Black Panther that reads "The brave honor the sacrifices of those in their hearts", it's entirely possible that the "brave" are Mary Jane and Felicia Hardy, the "sacrifice of those in their hearts" could refer to Peter and others. Promotional material for Spider-man's black symbiote costume in the 80's originally had a red spider symbol.
