"I need a reason to take the mask off."-Peter Parker
"My heart half-breaks at how easy it is to lie to him. It breaks all the way when he believes me without question." Felicia Hardy
There's also this art he posted on Instagram:
So even if she's supposed to have a dump truck of an ass, it's really inconsistent, even when drawn by the same artist.
Seems to be a thing with artists really, when I saw people saying that Tatsumaki from One Punch Man got fatter thighs after a while, I checked out all of her appearances, and realized that her thighs are shape shifters, sometimes they're kinda big, sometimes they're sticks, and everything in between.
It was really weird too, since OPM's artist is great and very consistent, but he's definitely not consistent with her thighs lol.
Maybe lol.
Well Rasengan is sometimes bigger than Chidori, so that's fitting .

I'm talking about how Marvel justifies this, they basically have the same mentality as soap operas, or romance in general.
And man, I don't think RYV is good evidence, the later issues are pretty damn boring.
It is the easier way to sell anything, people overall think that a sad character is more developed, it's why so many characters who have longer than 5 minutes of screen time have a sad background story to pretend they're more developed. Also, angst doesn't sell as good as you think, especially when you are angsty yourself.
I don't see where you find the boring. The Clone thing is an old cliche, but Mr Sinister surely knows how to make things more.... Well, sinister. Besides, the idea of a clone group of the Spider-Family was really intriging. And the clone who was supposed to be MJ's surely was creepy as much as MJ is pretty.
That was my favorite, though I did appreciate as an X-Men fan that the Spider-Fam was closer to the X-Men than the Avengers (with only Iron Man making a cameo to examine Spinneret's Regent-tech suit in Eight Years Later), especially during the period when the mainline comics weren't doing so well with the X-Men.
The spider is always on the hunt.
