Humor Book, "They Are Not Dolls, They Are Action Figures!!!"

Hello,
A few years back someone sent me a pic of a humor book with the cover showing 2 kids , a boy and girl and the boy saying...
"They Are Not Dolls, They Are Action Figures!!!" and I have not been able to find this book since or remember the title.
I thought is was a Sugar And Spike issue but I have searched their covers numerous times with no luck.
Anybody remember this book???
