    This is a bad match up for Batman without JLA level prep.

    Guns, phasing, teleportation, undead, undetectable, enhanced stats.

    Much as i love Batman, in a arena match up Shiver will take 9 or even 10/10.

    Prep might change this, Batman has gone up against the supernatural before, but the OP didnt specify so this is Shivers fight to lose.

    I have a really hard time seeing how Batman can even hurt a guy that can phase at will and simply reattach body parts anytime he does get hurt.
