with this issue focusing on Hope i imagine it may be perceived better. I have seen a good amount of people absolutely hating the 1st issue mainly because it focused on Sinister, many weirdly enough dropped it because of him too. Hopefully with Hope headlining now it can pull back some readers

That's strange. I'm not a fan of the new Sinister started by Gillen but the overall reception to the new characterization seems to have been well received. I'm surprised anyone would be done with the book because of him.

Yeah I've seen plenty not like that they focused on someone evil, and some were mad that the use of jesus in the book which is also weird. May just be a loud minority but its still kind of funny seeing those reactions to this book

Xavier specifically says that Selene turned the Arrako gate into that giant worm demon. Meaning not only Candra, but the life essences of the other Extermals who were sacrificed are inside there. Poor Candra, Saul, Nicodemos, and Burke.
