I mean Im sure certain higher entities would label cheating death as doing something wrong.

Technically, the second page is likely from Moira XI's POV, and I'm pretty sure we're not meant to side with her. As for "stealing fire from the gods," it was a good thing when Prometheus did it, at least according to the Greek myth, although Prometheus did share the gift of fire with mortals . . . so maybe that's her problem, that the Krakoans aren't sharing all their advances with humankind? Of course, given the repeated and escalating attempts at mutant genocide that precipitated (and even necessitated) the founding of Krakoa as a true mutant nation, they have perfectly valid reasons for not sharing with those who would just turn what would have been gifts into weapons against them. It's a bit of a dilemma, to rather severely understate the matter.

Well, it can't be that wrong since those Higher Beings never said anything.

- Ugh. Not the BC Avengers and hard-drinking Odin .

- Classic costumes for the Eternals, X-Men, and Avengers! The old Ms. Marvel costume .

- I really can't read that narration and take it seriously that that's Moira McTaggert.

- The Aaron Avengers together look so random. And not in a fun way.

I don't believe the avengers are too important, I think all you have to know is that the Avengers know nothing about mutant or eternal resurrection

Not to go off track but, Death almost died and 616 almost became a cancerverse. Not being snide but the action kinda spoke for itself.
