Yeah. Joe Kelly would have made Peter restore Felicia's memories. Too bad he was never offered the solo spot as writer of Amazing Spider-Man because his version might have turned out a whole lot differently for the Black Cat and Spider-Man. I think that Marvel should have revived Spectacular Spider-Man and made him the solo writer for that series because the Black Cat would have been tied up in that series.

The current Spider-Writers had ignored the Cat's Eye firm during the BND era. Also, Slott never liked the Black Cat's character, so he made her into a super villain and replaced her with Silk as Spider-Man's partner. All of Black Cat's development prior to OMD got tossed into the window due to a lack of interest by those assigned to write Spider-Man.

I was my impression that he might have had Spider-Man restore Felicia's memories, had he was given the full time role as Spider-Man writer instead of Dan Slott. It would seem that under Slott, only his love interest creations knows Peter's secret without him ever unmaking before them. Self interest at work.
