Morlun is back and he is not alone. Allied with one of the most powerful beings known to the Spider-Verse, the scariest Spider-Villain of all time is making his biggest play and no Spider is safe. Especially not the Chosen Spider himself, Peter Parker.

Is he gonna recreate his family or somethin'? 'Cause Morlun himself isn't so dangerous to need another Spider-Verse to take him down, specially considering he doesn't do things like planning or thinking much, unless Slott ignores this or whatever.

Well, they are from the same era...

They both also went after Spidey when they were originally targetting Ezekiel, so there is some connection, though, modern Morlun would probably eat her lol.

While not from the same writer, Spider-Queen is from the same era too, any chances she's returning too? .

This would be an excellent chance for both DC and Marvel to face each other.

By the way, back in the "Spider-Geddon" saga, after Peter managed to defeat Morlun once more, he explained Morlun the reason of his defeats. Basically, he doesn't plan anything because he thinks he's unbeatable just because of who he is.

When I read this the first time, I was thinking "Peter, don't push you luck! You are testing your karma here!". And you know what? Something tells me I was right for what is coming now.

Nothing particularly interesting happened at the panel. They just showed mostly stuff we already knew about. Practically all the previews they showed had already been released.

Slott confirmed during his panel that Mr. Negative and Mysterio will appear in his new run, that the book will be impacted by whatever it is that Wells is doing, and that it's Spider-Man without much of a safety net. There won't be another Doc Ock story for the time being as he's told all he can with the character
