I doubt we'll actually see them beyond a small Easter egg. If they're referenced, I think it would be in similar vein as when Tobey's and Andrew's versions were brought up in the first Spider-Verse.

But isn't the reason there IS a new one because the previous one died?

Spoilers for the issue

At the end of the Ghost Spider story, Gwen gets stung by a wasp, and that's her cliffhanger.
In Spidey UK, her power is revealed to be some kind of electro charge that enables her to glide
And in Shathras's story, her motivations for disrupting the great web is out of jealousy of her sister Neith's accomplishments with it, as the gods all favour her ideas with the Spiders. Annie realizes too late she's walked straight into a trap and Shathra's insect minions attack her and she is tortured and transformed into a 'Nestling' creature. Shathra now commands the pattern weaver
As for Spider-UK

I'm not sure how serious to take the last strip in Edge of Spider-Verse because it's 'mini marvels', but...
A variant of the original Spider-UK does still exist out there in the multiverse, but he is also turned against the Spiders by Shathra's wasps, he interrupts a basketball game between variants of Peter, Miles, and Gwen, but the new female Spider-UK arrives and kicks him out of that universe.

The Mini-Marvels story describes both Miles and Gwen as permanent residents of Peter's world. That's true for Miles, but not Gwen, so that definitely wasn't Earth-616.

Nadia, and Janet (Cassie maybe?) aren't avatars of Shatra are they? Or Swarm?

That said, they could make useful recruits for the Sisterhood of the Wasp, now that Shathra is the Sisterhood's patron god in the same way Neith (from Egyptian mythology, mind you) apparently is for the Spider Society.
The spider is always on the hunt.
