Because Synch using Laura's enhanced senses is all they need. Plus it looks like they went down into the sewers in New Jersey.

Also why split up like idiots in horror movies?

Very good issue.

The focus between the team in space and the team on earth is well balanced. This speeds up the different storylines without feeling rushed.

Several really cool individual moments. Scott charisma kicking Stasis/Sinister's ass. Jean who makes it clear to everyone that the bets are over. Another nice highlight of Synch which has definitely become one of my top 5 X Man.

Lorna made me laugh, maybe the strongest characterization on the team by Duggan.

The cliffhangers are excellent. The revelation of the identity of Statis makes sense, the twist with Wolverine is very good too.

I can't wait for X men 12.

I had no idea this would take place in present day. When I saw the cover, I thought it would largely be a flashback to around the Gala

I overall have loved Duggan's Polaris, but I hated that she went shopping and supported commerce built on slave labor. She mentions this casually as if its not a big deal and makes her look terrible

Some notes:

• Jean says she was Marvel Girl, but is now Jean Grey. So I guess she dropped the moniker again?
• The narration around Laura says that she was trying to get captured on purpose, while Rogue tells Polaris that she should be back from scouting the security by now. Hopefully this will be explained in the next issue.
• Of course, if Hellion was on Gameworld, he would have protected everyone from Cordyceps' spores with his telekinetic bubbles.

This was Good. I very Much enjoyed it. Always happy to see my Mutants win. And thank you Scott for blasting Mr. Stasis in the face about time. Although, I must say very interesting that these versions are only Card Representatives. I'm guessing the King resides on Phobos?? Overall, I liked the girl team up was pretty cool. I LOVE me some Gambit, but why all of a sudden Gambits name has been in peoples mouths in recent X-Men issues. Did something happen? Or this a future Plot soon?

Also, every time I see Avengers in my X-Men books my stomach hurts. Can someone please tell them to go away? Thank You. Carol Danvers comment made no sense.

Jean confirmed as an anti-capitalist queen should soften the blow. I love reading Duggan's Synch, he's becoming one of my favorite characters.

Wonderful issue. Duggan really is doing such a great job here.

Jean was great, and her scene felt very reminiscent of U-Men 2.0. Adore Polaris' new gown. Very pretty. Synch continues to be the MVP, and I enjoy Duggan's work with him.
