It was fast. But, although I haven't seen Wandavision, even going from her other appearances, I can't see that stopping Wanda. Either she blocks it or it works until she gets a chance to fix it. Meanwhile, she strikes back, considering the things she has shrugged off. Even if we assume Willow can take a hit from Wanda, she runs out of power really fast. I don't see this as much challenge for Wanda.
