What are some of favorite DC characters that didn’t originate in the comics that have yet to become mainstream DC Comics canon? I vote Zeta and Roland Daggett. I also dig Ellen Yin from the Batman animated series(2004).

Since they already canonized King Tut I want Black Widow. Probably need different name. Maybe just The Widow.
Man I wish they would write lots of stories with Kai-ro. He was so cool
And Jackson Hyde is much less interesting than Kaldur from Young Justice
Sarah Lance
Henchwomen from Batman (1966, Adam West)
Candle Moth (Moth): Candle & Wax themed villainess.
Lydia Librairie(Lydia Limpet): Book & Library themed villainess
Pauline Peril (Pauline): Silent Movie themed villainess
Octavia: music themed villainess
Millie Second: time themed villainess (or Thelma Timepiece)
Cornelia: key & vanity themed villianess
Chickadee: smoking themed villainess
Anna Gram: puzzle themed villainess
Glacia Glaze: cold & ice-skating themed villainess
Bets Bold (Betsy Boldface): sports themed villainess
Undine: beach & sea themed villainess
Lady Fogg (Lady Prudence Fogg): fog themed british villainess

And here I was trying so hard to avoid any characters that already debuted in the comics.
Gearhead in the comics was a creep. A kidnapper whom Batman thought he accidentally killed when he fell into a frozen lake. He lost all of his limbs and got them replaced by robotic prosthetics and came back in a souped up tank controlled by said prosthetics to kill Batman. Very different from 'The Batman' version but I enjoy both versions of the character.
Juice was a rip off of Back Vulcan. So he is a rip off of a rip off.
I would love to see Soul Power worked into the DCU one day. Black Vulcan's powers are so different from regular Black Lightning he could conceivably stand on his own as a hero.
Control Freak completely slipped my mind I wanted to include him in my list. He was one of the most entertaining villains on TT.
Sarasim was actually based on Sarah Sim, Cyborg's love interest from the comics. I believe one of the tie in comics confirmed that the version we saw on the show was an ancestor of modern day Sarah.
