Depends on the army of the damned cloak, which has shown it can absorb (to some extent) chaos magic.
It didnt do much again SW though...mind you this was a vastly stronger wanda.

tough call.... Strenght goes to Wanda, who killed a Hulk, and kinda halted (for 4 seconds or so) Infinity Ultron.

Intellect and power diversity goes to Strange.

I'd probably bet on zombie scarlet witch who was an actual zombie with that type of durability, where zombie strange got severly injured when some chaos magic hit him.
