So wait it’s a Harley Quinn “event” but it only takes place in the Harley Quinn ongoing series and annual and effects/ties-in any other books....and this is different then normal how? Not against it, I like this run of Harley, I just got some questions

It's cause the book is going weekly for a bit - similar to how Shadows of the Bat was an "event" even though it was constrained to the Detective Comics title.

DCeased War of the undead gods -I’m on this crazy zombie train I’m going to finish it
Dark Crisis 3- Same idea as DCeased but no zombies
Flash (and the annual)- I love Jeremy Adam’s run, will read more.
Wonder Girl Annual- Hooray for more Yara!

Multiversity: Teen Justice
Robin
Swamp Thing- It’s been a long ride, hope we get more in the future of Levi.

• Like Robotman said Zdarsky is a good writer but the solicits for his Batman run seem rather uninspired. Hopefully he's able to execute well.
• I'm a sucker for stuff like Batman: One Bad Day, I just wish DC would spread the wealth around and do non-Batman projects in a similar vein.
• Contradictory to the previous point but seeing stuff like Future State: Gotham and Batman: Urban Legends make it to issues #16 and #18 and it's hard to fault DC for overinvesting in Batbooks - there's clearly a market for anything and everything Bat-related.
• Given that Batman: Dear Detective is repurposing previous cover work done by Bermejo I have a hard time seeing it as reading coherently.
• Happy to see the return of Gotham Academy.
• DC has definitely been investing more in Wonder Woman than they have previously but I do wish they would just give us a second ongoing instead of the endless stream of minis and one-shots.
• I think this will mark the end of Bendis' time at DC as both Justice League vs. The Legion of Super-Heroes and Naomi will be ending?
• Joshua Middleton continues to be really good at his job.
• Gunna pick up that Cyclone one-shot just because Bryan Q. Miller is co-writing.

He certainly has nothing else announced. I wonder if, with her TV show cancelled, August will also be the end of the line for Naomi herself? Nobody except Bendis has been using her except in Justice League cameos.

Or they could just be vague / generic in an effort to avoid giving stuff away before people read the issues?
