One interesting group of characters that emerged in the BATMAN comics universe during the 90s was the Psyba Rats, who became recurring enemies/allies of Tim Drake's Robin for several years. Have any members of the Psyba Rats appeared in recent years? They seemed to drop out of sight after the 90s.

I want to say their last appearance as a group was in Young Justice #8 back in ‘99. Razorsharp died in Infinite Crisis. Nothing since then as far as I know.

A new version of Razorsharp appeared in the 2016 Bloodlines book. The team though, hasn't been seen since the 90s and probabaly doesn't exist in current continuity (whatever that means this week.)
