He gets to have the exact same sorcerous potential as Stephen, and he will be trained to be Sorcerer Supreme no matter what. Dezmozoria's power is rendered utterly dormant in him insofar as it might grant him any super powers not related to Marvel style sorcery (if you think it might make him better at that, go ahead and say so).
