All Might should be fast enough to catch Homelander at the bell, and strong enough to hurt him. Obviously Homelander has flight and is quick to some extent so he might be able to slip away a few times in 10, but All Might should get the strong majority. Show Homelander simply lacks high-end feats on All Might's level, and presentation isn't quite enough here to make up for that.

All Might hits a ton harder from what I've seen and can take basically the same amount of punishment and still keep trucking.
Homelander's main advantage might be speed and range (though All Might can toss out powerful air blasts by punching at him). But I don't think it'd be enough to overcome the rest of All Might's superior stats.
I'm happy to say that the symbol of peace smashes Homelander into the pavement.
How's All Might on heat vision attacks? I watched the show a bit and don't recall that sort of feat. You don't want to grapple a heat vision user as then you get it in the face.
