Made into a puppet in short order and joins demonic/cultist forces in doing damage. Her feats are high, but I don't know if they're so high that Exterminatus/some BS Saint of narrative/Grey Knight Commander/Psyker wouldn't be able to neutralize her with a lucky shot.
