Logan is quicker, has the claws and is more skilled.

If he can get close, he ought to be able to take out any of them - maybe Maeve would be durable enough to no-sell him, but I kind of doubt it. Starlight and Kimiko definitely aren't tough enough.

The problem is getting close. Starlight has a ranged game and it ought to be enough to at least 10-count Logan.

Is there electricity present in the arena for Starlight to use?

Good question. I've wondered that about Starlight - the Boys isn't made as a power showcase generally, so the writers aren't generally going too in depth on what the characters are capable of or why. Does Starlight need external power to get things done, or does her power draw on/mess up existing power sources? Can she do nothing if there isn't ambient power around? Can she flash strobes and stuff? How close would the power have to be? Would the lights in the Khazan bathroom and beer coolers have enough power and be close enough for her to use, if she does need it? I just don't know.

If she can't get any power, Logan probably owns them thanks to the speed+skill advantage combined with his hits seriously counting thanks to cheat claws.
