BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE NEW 2024 SPIDER-WOMAN SERIES by STEVE FOXE!!!
MISSING:
Synch's Aura
Northstar and Aurora's shiny hair

I guess not dressing up for a party is not unusual for a Sorcerer Supreme:
(Marauders#21)
Well, if the resurrection/cloning **** is revealed around, we don't know if it's revealed it's exclusive to mutants, so it's fair for Clea to ask about it to resurrect Strange if that's the case.
Would it make that much of a difference? I guess it'd make her harder to take down even if you get close, well, I'm assuming she's the usual type of magician who has super powerful magic but isn't physically strong, but I dunno what the hell else Limbo did with her.
Is that "love" ironic? Lol.I love how Moira just feels so much more forced even compared to the initial HoxPox retcon.
But yeah, I admitedly thought that HoX#2 was cool, more so because she gets to comment about how it feels to be given a second chance and makes a good point that just by observing she's changing everything, and it did give mutants a better situation while also making them better at dealing with anti-mutant racist groups, but I also didn't know too much about old Moira, so her changes didn't bother me, and while I still don't know much about old Moira, I've seen a few pages with her in and, yeah, even when you could make a point to say Moira is helping out mutants, the retcon made her way too callous and not Scottish, like, I understand her becoming more pragmatic and all, but she went so far she said she was gonna break Xavier to make him become pragmatic too, which's really different from the friendly Scottish chick I've seen lol.
And then the fact she stopped showing up for so damn long did her no favors, 'cause if you liked old Moira and didn't like the new one, well, she stopped showing up until right before Inferno or so, but was still this important figure on the background so she's still being a reminder of the retcons,, and if you did like new Moira and how she made the current status quo happen, well, she's not around, which, intentional or not, made her become another of Hickman's "Characters pretending they're more than just plot devices", either way I don't see either side being happy with this, and what happened in Inferno made it even worse with her incomprehensible plan ("I'll help mutants as much as possible to the point they manage to defeat the machines so I can later find a way to get them extinct!", could always just have let machines kill them off...), and X-Lives made it so much worse, I did enjoy the first issues with her just trying to run the **** away from Mystique, was kinda like an action movie, but the last issues, making it clear how evil she is, eh...
I guess writers who want to use a time traveling robot and don't want to use Omega Sentinel, or Nimrod since he probably knows stuff Omega Sentinel told him... What happened to Nimrod from Days of Future Past again?"Who cared about Moira after she died?" Well, who really cares about her now, honestly?
Seriously, though, not only is her character a mess, she's redundant too, maybe the fact that unlike Omega Sentinel or Nimrod, she was actually involved with the X-Men can be used, but I doubt that'll be used in interesting ways (Though, she is talking with Proteus at Gala at least), even if it is used in an interesting way, right now her inconsistency is hurting her too damn much, she's not an easy character to fix and I doubt the effort is worth it.
That'll teach her to respect people's privacy I guess .He didn't say it (because it would be a weird thing to say out loud) but I think Emma read his mind and was suitably disgusted (she shouldn't be though, Sarah Rogers was a heck of a woman).
Hey stop trying to make Cap into Sigmund Freud .Now I'm starting to think deeply about the fact that two of his major love interests have been blondes (both Carter women).
Maybe MJ was supposed to go to the Gala by herself and Wells' Spider-Man invaded it to stalk her lol.Given the current run he would probably come off as oblivious and like a stalker.
That made me think he'd just get annoyed at being dead while Gala was going on lol.
These pages look good. I'm most curious about whoever was "classified" behind that black panel and why, plus the debut of the new X-Men team and seeing Moira's next move. So many juicy things to pack into a single one-shot.
Ah, but the 'scanning your brain also records it' development kind of suggests otherwise. Cerebro tells who is and is not a mutant by their distinctive brainwaves.
Which means it has to scan *everyone*, since it can't know *before it scans a person* that they are not a mutant.
Now it could be said that Cerebro doesn't *record* non-mutant brain information, but, if it works like they now say it does, that's literally a choice they are making, to not save the information on non-mutant brains they scan in the process of identifying mutants (and therefore exclude them from the resurrection option).
Dark does not mean deep.
LOVE the RETURN of...
Polaris' AWESOME, instantly ICONIC, EM energy CORONA!!! Lookin' like a...
floating CROWN of so many GLOWsticks, it comes PARTY-ready!!! AND it's...
now GREEN![Shapes look more like CHESS pcs. now, too, instead of sunrays like before.]
I think he's there in the group scene.
TRUST in the D!
[For DAUTERMAN, and YES... the obvious, implied... DOUBLE ENTENDRE!!] ;P
This looks like a hell of a party and Emma Frost will be front and center this time. It seems she'll get to play an even bigger role than before, which I think is fitting. All things Hellfire related are her domain. Plus, that look Captain America gave her was nice and a bit telling. Plus, she gets to share a dance with Cyclops.
It sounds like she'll be busy with this gala. But something tells me it's going to get derailed by Moira in some crazy way. I have a feeling that this gala will set the stage for her becoming the biggest threat the X-Men will face for the next couple years.

I mean, YES, 100%, BUT with peace and love, the Avenger crowd tends to be pretty tame.
Even though the big names are out of their usual uniforms this time around, the styles remain pedestrian.
Okay, I'm in full fanboy delusion mode and probably making it up in my head.
It could be the boys from Netflix's Heartstopper. lol
In Trial of Magneto, Xavier said that Wanda and Pietro having back-ups was a unique circumstance. The twins stopped being recorded after they were discovered not to be mutants. If Cerebro was actively backing up non-mutants, then they wouldn't have a reason to stop updating their files.
But...
M.I.A.?
the Dazzler family...
and Danielle "Dani" Moonstar, AKA Mirage.
There are [even more obvious] others [that I have some ideas on], but these were the 1st that came to mind.
Pet characters & all that, y'know.
I wonder if FF and Guardians would show up in this upcoming gala dinner?
Looks to me like she’s going with Destiny since they’re standing together in the crowd.

Only a back snippet view and this look still trumps her bafflingly ugly look last year. Love Lorna rocking the long cloud hair.
