Hard disagree on that, I find "Bruce" is one of the least interesting part of the Bat-mythos.

I definitely see why you wouldn't be so keen on Keaton.

Keaton played Bruce as Batman pretending to be a normal person, whereas Bale/West played Bruce in a cape.

Pattinson has the opportunity to show both as interesting characters, as he almost introduces/discovers Bruce as he changes through the film. Hopefully it goes in an interesting direction with the next movie.

I've honestly never been that big a fan of Keaton's Batman. I know fans love him because of his whispery Batman voice but he was a mediocre Bruce Wayne (which is the most important part of the character)

I was 9 years old in 89 when Batman came out so I will always love Keaton.

West my was first love of Batman from old shows my Dad and Grandfather showed me.
