Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis suggested Tuesday that the special grand jury investigating Donald Trump and his allies’ efforts to upend the 2020 election in Georgia has recommended multiple indictments and said that her decision on whether to bring charges is “imminent.”

At a hearing in Atlanta on whether to publicly release the special grand jury report. Willis, a Democrat, said she opposes making it public at the moment, citing her ongoing deliberations on charges.

“Decisions are imminent,” Willis told Judge Robert McBurney.

“We want to make sure that everyone is treated fairly, and we think for future defendants to be treated fairly it’s not appropriate at this time to have this report released,” she said.

Could you expand on that? I am not sure if you are referring to the disproportionate treatment of the less fortunate compared to the powerful? Or that charging Trump with Election crimes is a joke?

I never said truth was an obstacle, only that it is a construct that is made and remade by beliefs. Facts and truths are not the same thing.
There are people who are convinced they are or use fact to construct truths but those are disassembled or deconstructed by those aware of the power play going on in such constructs.

I certainly hope it gets through, and that it's not derailed by lawyers and/or other Trump supporters who are convinced that the Truth isn't tied to facts or factual reality.

What a load of hooey. Trump is a criminal and prosecuting him is not a joke or some conspiracy to repress an imagined "threat to the order" . Jan 6th was a very real threat to democracy.

Beliefs can change based on new facts but the result is always truth.

Special prosecutor Jack Smith has subpoenaed Mike Pence, concerning both the documents at Mar-A-Lago and the January 6 insurrection.
Also, Trump's former national security advisor Robert O`Brien.

We will see if Pence fights it or if he uses executive privilege to get out of talking. Ir how many times he pleads the 5th. He has had years to talk about the 6th and every time someone questions him on it he shuts his mouth. He is worried about pissing off Trumps base because he thinks he can get their vote for his president run. Not realizing they already hate him about as much as they hate Biden.
