Best Detective in the DC Universe (not named Batman and not previously Robin)

No disrespect meant to the others, for there are quite a few great names in the list, but J'onn J'onzz's Martian abilities make him a walking and talking lie-detector and crime lab all rolled up in one. I wish they'd go back to emphasizing more this aspect of him. It could be great.

To do that, I think DC would have to go back to his early, early days when we saw more of his "civilian" identity as a cop.
