I'm tempted to give it to the Yonkou due to having more feats at the moment but Kizaru is going to be a pain to deal with.

And Kizaru will be annoying, but not impossible.

It does help the Yonko have more flight capabilites.

Given that Kaido and Big Mom are wildly powerful and strong, I think they can do it.

I've seen people argue that Akainu came out ahead of his confrontations with Whitebeard, since he inflicted serious injuries while whitebeard only delayed him for a little bit

People are welcome to their opinions, for my money; in a one to one, Akainu looked pretty free to be honest.

Whitebeard was not only old and infirm compared to his peak, but was heavily ganked by Squard. In optimal conditions, I don't think Akainu has the stuff to take him out one on one. He can make a go of it, for sure, but it's not his match to win.
