Riv86672 for the first cover I thought about.
Riv86672 for the first cover I thought about.
Every day is a gift, not a given right.
I was just about to choose that cover, but ChadH beat me to it. So, my vote goes to them this week.
Iron Maiden gets my vote
I have a first and second choice. First choice, Stony; Second choice, Ravin' Ray.

foxley I like the 1940s vibe of that cover
Runners up: Ravin' Ray and the Black Bolt cover
At the risk of causing a tie, I gotta go Ravin' Ray, I just gotta!
Thanks to everyone who took part in this week's singing competition! Just about the whole gamut of vocalizing was "covered". I won't be up when the voting closes, so if someone who is awake at that hour wishes to tabulate and post the results, feel free to do so. Otherwise, I'll do it in the morning. I hope rule 10 (Have fun!) applied to us all this week - it certainly applied to me!
I vote Ravin' Ray!
RIV86672 I love that cover.

Pipped at post! Curses, foiled again!
Oh well. Congrats to Ravin' Ray. And thanks to MRP, Iron Maiden and MajorHoy. My bandwagon is slowly growing.
Wow, thanks for the votes guys! Shalla Bal, Stony, Riv86672, CaptainEurope, and Nschornhorst. And the mentions from Iron Maiden and Tami. Hope Black Bolt's win will be a good omen for the Inhumans' MCU future, his Earth-838 counterpart notwithstanding.
I'm about to leave the office but when I get home I'll have thought up of a theme for the next contest.
And to celebrate this week's theme, how about this song from A Chrous Line named, well, "Sing"? Our eldest sister treated me and our youngest sister to a local production of this decades ago, and some of the messages in the songs went over our relatively young ages then. Now of course it's a different matter.
