The most startling villain ever devised. I think he can be greatly used as the villain for a lighthearted episode of Wonder Woman animated series.

Giovanni Zatara arch nemesis. It's just cool to how tenacious she is against Giovanni even though she is vastly outpowered and toyed around. Though she was Zatara’s enemy, Tigress and Giovanni allied quite often during their foreign adventures. They even once shared the huge treasure trove of Genghis Khan. IIRC Giovanni even once let her escape from a detainment
He is the weirdo that sits next to you on the bus, he is, Condiment King!
Head canon is that he works as a vendor at Gotham Knights games.
