I don’t know anything about her, except for this image on the cover. (I never read the comic.)

I love the cover though and her fantastic outfit and Superman needs more women foes.

(And I love Doctor Domino. Wonder Woman needs a weird villain like that.)

I agree that Tiger woman looks better than this...

I also agree Superman needs more women foes.

Hopefully this counts, but my next choice would be the junior members of The Super-Foes (1976):

I’ve always loved the Master Jailer’s design. You’d think a villain who specializes in trapping Superman would be more in demand.

The Reaper just shows how ridiculously stacked Batman’s rogues gallery is. He’s an F list Bat villain but would be a top tier for any other street level hero.

    Blue Lama

A villainess who should have been reused. She could have fought Wonder Woman.

Reminds me of the Legion of Superheroes villain Grimbor, the Chainsman

Speaking of obscure Legion villains, I also liked:
    -- Ben Pares (master thief)
    -- Vrykos (the vampire)
    -- Garak (of the Glow)

Slightly less obscure, League of Super-Assassins members Lazon and Neutrax. Lazon just has a great visual (I love people who turn into energy like Black Vulcan or Monica Rambeau), and Neutrax had a neat power we don't see very much, as well as an uncommon disability (whether or not that made sense in the 30th century...).

The Eraser: Old school Batman villain whose job is to literally erase crime scenes.

I thought Zatanna had some interesting villains in her early days but they've never really been used or fleshed out.

Allura (elemental who is the closest thing she has to an arch enemy)
Druid (wizard of a sub atomic world whose power is absorb magic)
The Warlock of Ys (a powerful wizard from an other worldly dimension who would become infinitely more powerful in ours)
Caligro (a stage magician who hates the Zatara's because of their powers)

Ooh, thanks! I'd not seen that picture of Beauty Blaze before, having only seen her golden age appearances, so that's pretty neat!

Grimbor would have been a great Wonder Woman villain . . . if he had existed in the 1940s.
