Planet master is my favorite because of his costume and his gimmick is centered around planets and astronomy.

I thought the GL villain Flicker was pretty cool in terms of powers, appearance and like most mercenaries, wasn't purely evil and had a certain charm. Too bad he didn't get much play.

I don’t know about that. She shows up pretty regularly in Legion of doom style team ups. I’d argue she’s more well known then Ares, she’s just not Arch nemesis material.
