Didn't Jackie use them all at one point? Even if he didn't there's no reason to assume one person couldn't use them all. The Rat talisman wouldn't be overly helpful for them, unless they carried a doll or something as standard equipment.

Even still between Aku, and the rabbit Talisman, Cartoon Network should take it via super speed.

Jade got infused with all their powers once, and she handled it just fine.

I mean rabbit tended to be "cartoon" super speed, so if you weren't paying attention you could still be stopped by oil slicks or someone sticking out their foot where you would run into it.

Him kind of outguns everyone else in this fight, by a huge margin, unless we are extremely generous in our assumptions about what Jafar is capable of as a genie.

It's hard to gauge just what Jafar is capable of, but he was still bound by the genie rules of no killing, no raising the dead, and no forcing people to fall in love.

Beyond that, it's hard to say exactly what his limit was in terms of reality warping. If Hades just holds on to his lamp and keeps making wishes to BFR or incapacitate team Cartoon Network, I can see genie Jafar taking out Team 2 - his powers were quite toon-forcey as well, creating random environments and backdrops that he himself was basically infused with (ala. Giygas). Of course, that was through song, so it may just have been an artistic flare, but Team Cartoon Network would be fighting essentially a sentient environment once Jafar gets going...
