Maybe,but there is a possibility she is a reality warper in a very confined dimension. Maybe she always set to manifest a win in whatever form without even thinking about it. I think a win outcome is not a conscious choice she makes before the result and then it follows, instead she automatically navigates there without even making a willful choice. So while she can't be caught out, she still sometimes makes an inconsequential error down which path she'll go. It would explain some of her frustration with perhaps even betraying her her family in Amenth(it was temporary in the scheme of things).It seems it's an unspoken rule that the Arraki know how her power is configured and so don't get up in her grill Or Ora was just teasing her.
