The cover has Talia making out with Batman while in the interiors she helped Riddler screw him over for Shadow War. About the only accurate thing was her wearing a leg-revealing dress (that she looks amazing in).

Jeez, Arkham Tower even screwed with normal people.

While the mystery with the Riddler started out as really intriguing the conclusion sadly felt rushed and unsatisfying.

Her appearance here made no real sense, it was like it was just thrown into the book just to say, "Hey, we're tied into continuity too!" without any kind of thought to organic connections.
