    What's going on with Black Manta? He's responsible for Arthur Jr.'s death (if DC is following the everything matters/happened approach) - and now he's so chummy with the Aquafam?

    Actually literally everyone hates him and want to beat him up, especially Jackson and Mera. It’s just that Arthur has a deal with him, they are dealing with a big threat, and Mera at least trusts her husband enough not to kill Manta where he stands at this moment.
