Ivy may well be in it at some point, and given her powerset would be pretty much a scourge of vampirekind. Not many other people can tote around aggressive garlic plants as bodyguards and speed-grow wooden stakes on command.

Which is probably why we'll find out that King Dick targeted her before anyone knew what was going on.

Incidentally, the mystery visitor at Harley's door? Vampire Gordon sent down to make Selina's warnings come true or a very annoyed Hush looking for revenge on the Vampire King who took Bruce off the board?
