Is there a Marvel moratorium on Sina Grace’s characters (mostly mutants)?

I don't think there's a moratorium on them so much as there is just a HUGE number of mutant characters out there--especially with so many dead ones having been restored to life now--and a finite amount of panel space available. Of all of his new additions, it was Darkveil that made the biggest impact so I'd say she's probably the one most likely to turn up again (although Madin has such a distinct visual they could easily make a background cameo appearance at some point, without actually getting a real role).

But Darkveil(should be Shade) has the most redundant power, the queue for the unemployment checks in Krakoa is full of teleporters.

I liked Madin, although they were like a Bling/Marrow chimera.
