What's the difference between Eternals, Inhumans and Mutants

I'll have to look back through my eternals issues. I remember a character assuming it, and them giving some weird definition for excess deviation but not that there was a direct genetic link between specifially mutants which are born from humans and deviants. So as such if mutants are deviants so too are the humans of the mu and most likely nuhumans as well.

Long ago in the Avengers, didn't they make Sersi really powerful due to her Eternal nature? Are the Eternals today really that much more powerful than the X-Men or Avengers or Inhumans? Wouldn't they be if directly created by the Celestials?

Funny factoid. In many faerip conversion around the net(despite all the system is still very popular and supported by fans...dislike later marvel rpg systems) when come to krytpnians they cut the gordian knot and just made them Eternal variants(much like original Hyperion).
So yeah in general all Eternals have, potentially, full powered kryptonian level of power....
