So what was behind that upward failure or the other thousands of examples from the Ol Boys Network, Thomas Crown?
How did Johns screw over the comics and film divisions? Also, like him or not, but Geoff has contributed some great comic runs to DC. His positive contributions to DC are too big to ignore. Green Lantern, JSA and first Flash run for starters.

A prime example of someone trying to show how progressive they are but it comes across as artificial.

Steph has no human feelings or reactions. She exists for the sole purpose of making Tim feel good about dumping her for someone else, their history together and her very personality be damned. You don't get to criticize other books for how they treat female characters when you yourself are treating female characters even worse.
This is all true but to be fair Tim didn't dump Steph for everyone else but he did dump her without a reason and then proceeded to ghost her. It is also implied that once he got with Bernard he did open up to everyone else but kept ghosting Steph specifically which is a really jerk move and shows a lack of commitment/respect. You are right about everything else.

She took this take from the internet, which just doesn't apply to most of YJ's villain list.

One of their main villains was a man who sacrificed his sister for his powers. Or, what about Anita's grandfather, who killed his daughter? YJ wasn't fighting down on their luck people who happened to fall on hard times.

And this would have been a perfect time to bring up why Cissie quit the team the first time around, a traumatic event that would logically hold up as a reason for her insistence not to help Cassie.

I'm not entirely opposed to exploring an idea like this, but YJ historically doesn't meet that criteria on a large scale.

The editor(s) that allow comics like this to get published are imo an even bigger problem.

And another main antagonist at least at the beginning was A.P.E.S. a governmental organisation.

This book is a great example of Marie Javins' outstanding editorial leadership.

Young Justice appears in the Naomi finale. Of course, it's the full roster from Bendis's run.

This could also be read as making fun of that fanon not the writer being serious. Tim's literally facing the reader as he says that.

I think you're giving the writer too much credit as a lot of her stuff reeks of fanfiction stuff.

Don't forget the guy Arrowette nearly killed for murdering her counselor. Guess he was just "trying to do his best"/
