Weakest Universe where comics Juggernaut would be just a mook?

There's been a few comics where Juggernaut has pulled out some other weird abilities, using his force field as a projectile, draining energy from magical beings, flight, and once got so powerful he was physically able to punch through dimensions.

There's that one Dr. Strange comic where Marko demonstrated a knowledge of sorcery. Which was...very weird. I mean, the whole comic.

Eternity deciding to allow Nightmare to catch him in order to troll him was one of the high points.

Weakest universe where Juggsy would just be a mook? I'm thinking the one dimension mindless Hulk landed in way back in issue 300 + or so. Hulk was there and was nothing more than a flea.
