Not Ra's. Talia Al Ghul was gender swapped to Ali Al Ghul. He's Talia Kane's father.

As for Laurel, the name comes from a pre-Crisis Legionnaire. A girl who believed she was Superman's descendent, but was really a Manhunter robot.

They wanted Young Justice to have a completely different name to Teen Titans and they've always stuck to those two names for teen teams.

If this team had a Starfire, I assume he'd be Ryand'r? In the main universe, that's Kori's brother.

Laurel is very much Jon in this universe. Troy being gay makes some sense given that he comes from an island of all men but that wouldn't explain Donna's heterosexuality.

Yeah, personality wise, spot on. Naming, could have gone for "Jane" and something like "Devon" (Damian itself doesn't really have a female equivalent) for the Super Girls duo.

Was Church of Blood always centuries old religion or is this a new idea?

I liked that we skipped the obvious "I think Church of Blood is bad, we need to infiltrate it" panels/pages and went straight to infiltration part.

With Sinestra involved obviously the happenings on Domus Amoris will be relevant to what happens on Earth as well.
