At in Donna's case it depends on the version her origin story if she is from Themyscira.
And I'm not sure which version is currently canon.

Heads up, the Aquaman backup in Dark Crisis Worlds Without a Justice League: Superman actually heavily features Jess, it's set in the Future State when Andy is Aquawoman and Jess is The Flash.
