Yeah the timeline was condensed. Sabretooth takes place over a span of months, and Nanny and Orphan-Maker and Toad apparently were all sentenced much later than the others, so they were all off doing their thing with Sabretooth by the time the others got there. Basically, they weren't around to notice when the other three arrived, because they were already occupied elsewhere in the mindscape.

A reminder that Xavier and Magneto intended these people to stay awake, aware, conscious but immobile in the darkness, unable to move, communicate, see or hear anything for months. Were not for Doug's interference, they would have gone insane after a few days...

The only way Xavier and Magneto could be redeemed is if they were following Destiny's instructions, who knew that Doug would save them... BUT, I am pretty sure Destiny wasn't revived until much later...

This. It's proven sensory deprivation will start causing hallucinations within hours of being subjected to it. Eventually people will devolop major mental issues, including temporary psychosis, and permanent effects on your congition. Either the writer's are writing the two as psychopaths, or they don't know how sensory deprivation works.

I am just sad that none of the original Hellions are involved in this, or the second gen with our boy Hellion and Tag. At least give them a better name than The Frost Academy to cope.

Would love to see the those four on an on-going somewhere. I'm surprised they haven't even made cameos in New Mutants, given the friendly rivalry between the two teams.

But I'm happy at the thought of the Pit 5, plus Orphan Maker, Nanny and Toad on a book. Hope the last three get to actually play a significant role in later stories, especially poor Toad, who was mostly just a plot device in ToM.

Couldnt that be the name of the next "arc" progression after Sabertooth. Sabertooth and his exiles sounds more like an arc name then the name of a book.
