I have just remembered that, even if Eternals manage to hide from Destiny, Mr. Sinister will still know about their attack and somehow alert the others... That's how Krakoa will be saved...

Smart. The eternals keep coming up with plans and Mr. Sinister keeps resetting time to stop them in a Groundhog Day/Death Day of Krakoa's destruction. "Bah! How are those cursed Mutants always one-step ahead of me!"

The Eternals do seem to have a designated group of precogs in the Gaian Sisterhood (who saw Thanos coming and let it happen to punish Kronos and Mentor) and the temporal rift in Titanos would probably react to multiple resets

Didn't the majority of Deviants live in the sunken Lemuria? A place you can find under the Pacific Ocean?
I am pretty sure it's even called "Deviant Lemuria" because Lemurians(an offshoot of Atlanteans) also live around the same location.

To be fair to Destiny, while she can see the future she can't see random stuff some new writer might do thirty years down the line.
