    First, Havok aint Omega.

Second, I think its because Wanda and Wiccan have that magic/mutant ability overlap that makes it really hard to tell where one power starts and the other stop.

you forgot Dazzler. She actually has scientific documentation proving there's no limit to her power.

As few as possible, none if I had my way. Omega level powers are a terrible idea that only work well in the hands of antagonists or when constrained by the plot and handled by a top tier writer (of which there are damned few). In the hands of most writers it becomes either ignored or fodder for plot induced stupidity. Omega level powers do more harm than good for characters creativity challenged writers inflict them upon.

Apart from not being able to use her own voice to power her abilities. Is that still the case?

It's always been the case. Scientists from Project Pegasus tested her for days and there is literally no amount of sound she cannot absorb and release as brilliance in some form.

The only reason she even stayed for the testing was because she was trying to wrangle some Quasar D.

I think people get confused on omega level beings, and people who have omega level destructive power.
    For example
    Apocalypse - Omega Being
    Storm - Omega power

I think the best way to think about is if the person mastered there power beyond their expectation. Such as Magneto and Xavier, they took their powers and mastered it to a new level. Cyclops and Wolverine are not Omega level Mutants, but both are considered omega threats. Wolverine for his claws and healing factor, Cyclops optic blast can level mountains. Iceman just showed how he is an omega Mutant, he started by making snowballs, then ice, now he can make ice clones he can control.

    Cool

    Rogue, she's clearly omega level.

    Just to be confirmed soon.

Carey and Brevoort consider her omega level mutant, and with reason, Rogue has shown more powerfull than most omega confirmed.

Tempus and triage totally qualifyad omega level
hijack has a chance if he manages to become some kind of machine psychic and make sure he always has machines around.

First of all he totally breaks the law of conservation of mass by creating goldballs out of nowhere (iceman makes ice out of moisture and can't make ice if low humidity), and then just think about a moon sized goldball, he could actually blow up planets dark phoenix level or stop incurssions, he has huge potential unless bendis states some limits on his power

I didnt think omega mutants were classified in terms of being/power as you described. I thought an omega once classified is just omega. I know there is segregation in regards to telepathy, but how u describe it I have never heard before.

Gambit should be in the list.

If anyone recalls sinister removing a small part of his brain to suppress his powers.
And he having his powers unlocked to battle the new son which was an alternate earth version of him.

I do agree with Magma being a potencial Omega. Like the opening post mentioned she can draw lava from the Earth's core, let volcano's errupt and cause the tectonic plates to shift. She could potentially destroy the planet if she wanted too.

I also second Vulcan, Rogue and Hellion. All others mentioned I do not think they fit to be Omaga's(imo)
