I would point out several, but if I have to choose just one it's Thundercats

Those ads really take me back! I love seeing those.

Shirt Tales was a great one from the old days

I was actually married with kids for about half the 90s. Of the shows they watched, I could tolerate Spongebob and Recess and quite enjoyed Freakezoid and the Tick. BTAS was all mine.

I'm not saying X-men was a bad cartoon. In fact, it was a good animated series but clearly, Exosquad did it better when talking about racism and slavery and how horrible it is. Where in Exosquad everybody's actions either good or bad would be both good and have consequences. For what Captain Marcus committed mutiny thinking he could save humanity, but ultimately resulting in 1000 Exofleets deaths and the destruction of the Resolute and his own death. Sometimes horrible acts can be bathed in good intentions. Anyone could die, even main characters. So yeah, Exosquad was clearly better in storytelling than X-men. But X-men is still a good cartoon and I would still recommend it to anyone. As well as Batman: the animated series, He-man, She-ra, and so on. Exosquad took chances and did stories no one do in the Saturday morning cartoon lot and gets nothing but a Single joke in Robot Chicken for it.

There are a lot of episodes of Transformers, GI Joe, and He-man available legally on youtube.

Was "Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers" a Sat morning show or a weekday show? I guess it depends on your market, but I would add that if it qualifies.
