If you want to do something different you need chaaracters who have not been on the team before. Just constantly rotating in and out the same 5 or 6 female characters does nothing to expand the book or build up other characters. My picks:
Firehawk (Nu52 version)
Skyrocket
Goldstar (Booster Gold's sister)
Knockout
Nightshade
(wild card pick would be Bulleteer (Alix Harrower) but she would need a new name and ditch the bullet helmet. Her powers are actually pretty cool and so is her look minus the helmet. The name just is not good for a hero)
