Are the X-men kind of villains now?

I feel a lot of the actions taken by the X-men in recent years seem more like the work of villains rather then heroes.

No, the X-Men are not the Villains of Now. In, fact far from it. But i'm curious What actions as a group have they done?

I would say the only true X-Men who fits this description is probably Beast, as he has been responsible for some horrific things in the past few years from screwing up the timeline to genocides.

Just because they killed and enslaved a South country, committed dozens of war crimes(not including what x force dose, or sinister) dosent mean there bad people.

Like Daken, who killed two people for no reason in his first appearance, and left a trail of blood in years since

Like Exodus, who tried to destroy Genosha.

Like Apocalypse, to whom gets attributed every natural disaster, and nearly ended the world twice

Mystique and Destiny were pushing mutant registration act when in Freedom Force.

Now they are somehow on the Quiet Council??

They should be voted off just for that reason.
