My absolute favorite is Learning Curve (Ultimate Spider-Man #8-12)

    But worthy contenders include...
    Coming Home. The Amazing Spider-Man (Vol. 2) #30-35, 37, 38
One Small Break. Peter Parker Spider-Man #30-32
Spider-Man/ Human Torch: I'm With Stupid
Amazing Spider-Man #655-656 "No One Dies"
The Ultimate Clone Saga. Ultimate Spider-Man #97-105
    Sincerely,
    Thomas Mets

    I'd say

Coming Home by JMS and JRJR (I also enjoyed the next few arcs too, but this was a game changer)
Road to Civil War (Is that what the arc was actually called? I think so…)
USM (pretty much straight through to issue 50 or so- maybe farther)

Those three Spidey arcs really stick out. I've re-read a majority of them more than 3 or 4 times too. I do a re-reading of USM almost every other year and I can always tell when it is coming. I've been thinking about it for a few days now and will probably pick it back up soon.

This is a good question though and I'd love to see some more. You should make it post the first relaunch.

I've tried to re-read this run per your recommendation in the past. It never catches me though. It has a few high moments that I love, but it just doesn't keep me picking up books like the others on your list. Maybe I should just start with these three issues and see if I can stick with the rest of the book.

I like the Gauntlet mega storyline (Amazing Spider-Man#612 to 637)
    Unscheduled Stop (ASM:578,579)
